PULAU BESAR MELAKA BAKAL BERUBAH WAJAH

  4. I used to work for Major Kamarulzaman bin Mohammad [720822-06-5029] whom i recently found out has been declared bankrupt, under Pristine Oil Capital Sdn Bhd. I believe some of you would have paid him a hefty sum, or what he calls a “nomination fee” to secure a deal in the upcoming oil storage project. As you were informed, the project was pending due to the land acquisition process in Lahad Datu. There was never an allocated land given to Pristine Oil Capital Sdn Bhd, there was only a proposed land. I would now like to inform you that the land in Lahad Datu has been lost.

During my short period there, I have learnt a whole deal about Major Kamal and his Modus Operandi. This goes way back to his Kedah project. He has been trying to secure a land for a couple of years now. First he tried to secure a land in Kedah, next in Malacca, and now in Sabah. My question is, why hasn’t he managed to secure a land to date? This is how he operates, he convinces peers and acquaintances to form a “partnership” with him, to lease an office and share rent, all with sweet promises that he has a big idea for an oil storage project which guarantees a lucrative outcome. However, when the deal breaks, he absconds without paying any rent, or bills, or his employees’ salary. This has been going on from the Kedah project, to Malacca, to Sabah. When one deal breaks, he looks for new “partners” and repeats the cycle.

When I was working for him in Bangsar for the Lahad Datu project, I became a victim of his scheme. The minute he lost the land deal, he disappeared and was no longer contactable. He has dropped everybody he was supposed to be working with on the Lahad Datu project. At the moment he is working on sealing a land deal in Sipitang. His partners in crime are Zawari (whom I believe has been with right from time, he was also involved in the Lahad Datu project), Zul and Tam.

Analyzing his previous land acquisition patterns, I have every reason to believe that the Oil Storage project is a scam. He legitimizes it by obtaining official documents, to add credibility to his scheme. He has collected a lot of money from contractors and his debts are a hefty amount. I am writing this because I feel used. I was a tool in his scheme and I was used to build a façade that he indeed has a legitimate operation with a physical operating centre. I am also writing this to caution you in case he tries to come in contact with you to lure him with his schemes again. I believe justice should be served, and I have done my part now by giving you this piece of information. How you decide to approach him next is entirely based on your own judgment and instincts. Thank you for taking your time to read.
